直屬四工程公司開展成本管理培訓
為(wei)更(geng)好的貫徹落實(shi)(shi)集團(tuan)公(gong)司成(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)標準化體系,提(ti)升(sheng)項目成(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)規(gui)范化、精細化水平,加(jia)強各(ge)項目事(shi)(shi)前(qian)掌(zhang)控、事(shi)(shi)中(zhong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、事(shi)(shi)后總(zong)結(jie)的成(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)能力,強化“全(quan)員、全(quan)過程”成(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控,實(shi)(shi)現“防風險、提(ti)效益”的目標。4月20日(ri),直(zhi)屬四工程公(gong)司開(kai)展《施工項目成(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)指導手冊(ce)》及新下發表單填報要點(dian)培訓,本(ben)次(ci)培訓采用“線(xian)上+線(xian)下”的形式,公(gong)司各(ge)部門、項目經理(li)(li)及各(ge)條線(xian)負責人共(gong)計(ji)30余人參加(jia)培訓。
直(zhi)屬四(si)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)負責人曾浩圍(wei)繞標前(qian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)測算、成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)交底、目標成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)測算、成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)理(li)策(ce)劃(hua)、月度成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)核(he)算與(yu)分析、成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)資料管(guan)理(li)、結(jie)算策(ce)劃(hua)等13個(ge)方面,根據公(gong)(gong)司考核(he)標準(zhun),詳細(xi)解讀(du)了管(guan)理(li)手冊的重點、難點及新的要(yao)求,著重對(dui)新下(xia)發表(biao)單,結(jie)合廣聯達軟(ruan)件表(biao)格(ge)處理(li)、excel表(biao)格(ge)應用技(ji)巧,對(dui)報(bao)表(biao)數據邏(luo)輯(ji)性與(yu)關聯性進行梳理(li)與(yu)講(jiang)解。培(pei)訓結(jie)合具體案(an)例分析原因、總結(jie)經驗(yan),要(yao)求項(xiang)目部嚴格(ge)按照公(gong)(gong)司管(guan)控要(yao)求執行到(dao)位、規避風險(xian)。
最后,副總經(jing)(jing)理(li)(li)魏曉亮強調(diao),針對直屬四工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)公司在(zai)施(shi)項(xiang)目,一要做到兩個“注重(zhong)”,興隆社區(qu)、晉公廟學校等(deng)在(zai)建項(xiang)目注重(zhong)經(jing)(jing)營(ying)分析,過程(cheng)管(guan)控(kong)合規,上、下(xia)亞東(dong)等(deng)收尾項(xiang)目注重(zhong)結(jie)算跟蹤,掌握(wo)結(jie)算流程(cheng)及關鍵環節(jie);二要牢固樹立“全員成本”意識,從工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)材(cai)料、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)、二次經(jing)(jing)營(ying)點(dian)實(shi)施(shi)等(deng)方面著手節(jie)約成本,逐步過渡(du)到精細化管(guan)理(li)(li);三(san)要認(ren)識不足(zu),及時“充電”,項(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)(li)人員應加(jia)強學習(xi),提高自(zi)身業(ye)務(wu)能力(li)及管(guan)理(li)(li)水平。
通過本次培訓,強化了項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)成本管控意識,為項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)防風險夯實了基礎,為項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)增效益(yi)提供了支(zhi)撐。
