綠建建筑召開勞務實名制管理推進會
為進(jin)一步(bu)貫徹落(luo)實綠建(jian)(jian)集團(tuan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務(wu)(wu)實名(ming)(ming)制管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),切實發揮(hui)綠建(jian)(jian)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務(wu)(wu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)服務(wu)(wu)職(zhi)能,8月30日,西(xi)安建(jian)(jian)工(gong)綠建(jian)(jian)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)程有限(xian)公司(si)組織(zhi)召開勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務(wu)(wu)實名(ming)(ming)制管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)及維穩工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的推(tui)進(jin)會,集團(tuan)各直屬工(gong)程公司(si)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務(wu)(wu)實名(ming)(ming)制工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)負責(ze)人(ren)參加會議,會議由綠建(jian)(jian)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)副總經理(li)(li)答小紅主(zhu)持。
推進會上,各(ge)(ge)直(zhi)屬工程(cheng)公(gong)司對所(suo)分管項目現階段(duan)實(shi)名(ming)制(zhi)工作(zuo)落實(shi)情(qing)況向(xiang)會議(yi)(yi)進行(xing)了(le)詳細地(di)匯報,綠(lv)建(jian)建(jian)筑(zhu)對各(ge)(ge)直(zhi)屬工程(cheng)公(gong)司及項目實(shi)名(ming)制(zhi)檢(jian)查存(cun)在的共(gong)性問題、個別(bie)突(tu)出(chu)問題等做了(le)反饋,答小紅對下階段(duan)勞務(wu)實(shi)名(ming)制(zhi)管理(li)工作(zuo)進行(xing)安(an)排部(bu)署(shu),并對各(ge)(ge)直(zhi)屬工程(cheng)公(gong)司在勞務(wu)實(shi)名(ming)制(zhi)管理(li)方面提出(chu)了(le)意見和建(jian)議(yi)(yi)。
綠(lv)建建筑及各直屬工程公司將根據(ju)集團統一制度標準,保障制度規(gui)(gui)(gui)范化(hua)落地執行,通過勞(lao)務(wu)(wu)實(shi)名制管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),做實(shi)實(shi)名制管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)工作,實(shi)時掌握項目用(yong)工情況(kuang),有效防(fang)范項目用(yong)工風險,掌握用(yong)工規(gui)(gui)(gui)律(lv),幫助(zhu)提(ti)升項目勞(lao)務(wu)(wu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)能力,從進場管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、現場管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、退場管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)、考(kao)核評(ping)比等方(fang)面科學化(hua)、規(gui)(gui)(gui)范化(hua)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)勞(lao)務(wu)(wu)。
