綠建集團召開項目實施策劃專題會
為貫徹集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)《項(xiang)目(mu)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)策劃(hua)(hua)管(guan)理制度》相關要求,提(ti)升項(xiang)目(mu)科學管(guan)理、高效的運行思(si)路及依據(ju),充分發揮項(xiang)目(mu)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)策劃(hua)(hua)的引領(ling)作用,促進項(xiang)目(mu)提(ti)質降耗、降本增效,實(shi)現(xian)項(xiang)目(mu)標準化、精細化管(guan)理,確保項(xiang)目(mu)順利實(shi)施(shi)(shi)。3月17日,綠建集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)組織(zhi)大(da)唐(tang)西市超高層項(xiang)目(mu)開(kai)展項(xiang)目(mu)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)策劃(hua)(hua)匯報(bao)專題會(hui)。本次會(hui)議(yi)由(you)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)生產總監黨鋒(feng)同志主持(chi),集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)生產管(guan)理部(bu)、安全(quan)管(guan)理部(bu)、技(ji)術質量部(bu)、成本管(guan)理部(bu)及直屬一工程公(gong)司等各(ge)條線人(ren)員參會(hui)。
會(hui)議聽取(qu)了(le)(le)關于(yu)項(xiang)目(mu)上整體的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)部署安排、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)平面策(ce)劃(hua),組織推演、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)重難點(dian)分析及應對措施(shi)、項(xiang)目(mu)安全(quan)文明(ming)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)管理、科技創(chuang)優及綠(lv)色施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程策(ce)劃(hua)內容(rong),項(xiang)目(mu)圍繞項(xiang)目(mu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)合同(tong)商務(wu)條款、目(mu)標(biao)成本、合約規劃(hua)、項(xiang)目(mu)的開(kai)源節(jie)流(liu)點(dian)策(ce)劃(hua)、現金流(liu)等相關內容(rong)深入(ru)的剖析了(le)(le)項(xiang)目(mu)的利潤(run)點(dian),明(ming)確了(le)(le)項(xiang)目(mu)的經營(ying)目(mu)標(biao)和各項(xiang)管理目(mu)標(biao)。
匯(hui)報完成(cheng)后,集團各部室分(fen)別就策(ce)劃內(nei)容的完整性和(he)指(zhi)導現場施工的可行性給予了高度(du)的肯定,就策(ce)劃內(nei)容也分(fen)別提出了不同的意見和(he)建議(yi)。
最(zui)后,集生產總監(jian)黨鋒(feng)強調(diao),大唐(tang)西(xi)市(shi)超高層項目作為集團重點(dian)項目,項目部(bu)要高度重視既定的各(ge)項目標,要充分圍繞目標詳細策劃、提前(qian)預控,拿出高標準(zhun)、嚴要求,從現在開始,從過(guo)程(cheng)管(guan)控,以目標為導向,爭創魯班獎。
